CDM2015 for Multiple Duty Holders

This course was developed in partnership with local authority staff who are given multiple statutory appointments under CDM and wanted to develop professional ways of discharging their duties effectively within the constraints imposed upon them. It is highly interactive and designed to empower as well as inform. The course is divided into three separate, one day workshops covering different aspects of managing CDM in practice on minor works, repeat activities or routine tasks and can flex to cover street furniture, building maintenance and repair, basic utilities or any other similar kind of task.
A special bonus of three months remote coaching support after the course is included in the cost.

Like all our courses this is extremely flexible and can be consolidated into two or one days. Please call to discuss.
